I have paid them and got my food with taking the sprinkles. the okra and althea huh was not hot and she forgot some of my order. very disappointed about the service and eating.
I did not receive half of my order. I ordered a meal deal meant to feed four people, but they were missing a large side, four cookies, a gallon of sweet tea, and all the dipping sauces, as well as napkins and utensils—everything I had ordered was either missing or deleted from the order. I paid over $60, and after delivery and tip, the total came to over $70, yet I still received only part of my order. The delivery service only credited me $5. Is that fair? When I tried to call the restaurant, I was surprised to find no one answered. If I weren't disabled, I’d be able to pursue a refund more easily. So, was I treated like a valued customer or just robbed?
Eating was in order, but not selling green beans than side. made of white heavy, the best is! mac n cheese warns the best, I remember it creamier. huh, maischekartoffeln were good and ocra good when its warm. biscuits soft, but more and more honey. the prices have risen since the last day, but this is now the normal. parking: parking not. drove thru. small parking space. but also a small dune in the opposite barrier: has wheelchair parking.
The indoor kitchen was closed, but the food was excellent. However, I was disappointed with the staff's attitude. There were no utensils provided for the side dishes, and no butter or anything to accompany the cookie. The young staff seemed more focused on their own conversations than on serving the customers. They didn't even pause their chatter while bringing us our food. Despite this, the food itself was fantastic!
However, when I explained to the woman at the register that we needed to split the payment as simply and fairly as possible, she responded loudly and rudely, questioning why it needed to be done and making a big fuss about it. I calmly tried to provide a reason, since my consumers were there with me, but that only made things worse. I then asked to speak with the manager, who also approached in an unprofessional and loud manner, telling me that if we couldn’t pay with one card, we were out of luck. This was very confusing for my consumers, who didn’t understand why we were being treated this way or why they couldn’t enjoy their meal from Church's. I am extremely disappointed with how we were treated, especially in front of other customers. I will be sharing this experience with my family and friends, and I won’t be returning for their chicken again. It was a HORRIBLE experience! Additionally, I want to point out that one of the ladies I accompanied was in a wheelchair, and I had to bring her out into the rain just to be denied her dinner at Church's.
