Frisch's Big Boy - Independence

This is the worst restaurant in Northern Kentucky. To say they have bad customer service is an understatement; the five people at the food window completely ignored me as I waited at the register for a full ten minutes! I finally had to shout to the girl who refused to acknowledge me while she was busy in the back. Meanwhile, my order was just sitting in a bag on the counter for the entire time I was waiting. It included a hot fudge cake, and I'm sure you can imagine how well that went. Of course, the manager was locked in her office and couldn’t be bothered to assist me. I live within walking distance of this ridiculous restaurant, and I would rather walk barefoot to Texas to eat than ever come back here.

Every time I order from this restaurant through DoorDash, there seems to be a problem. I either receive half of my order missing or I get someone else's order from a completely different delivery service. The hash browns are overcooked, resembling burnt scraps from a grill. The staff appears to be particularly careless about the quality of service, and I often end up missing parts of my meal. I've received a combo without a drink, a grilled cheese without the soup, and recently, they removed an entire pound of butter from the in-store reception without notifying me.

This is the worst restaurant in Independence. The manager is incredibly rude, and the service varied greatly. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when people are spending their hard-earned money, it’s disappointing to experience such a poor attitude.

That must be the worst fresh in northern ky.
