However, Autumn, taking the orders to the drive-thru, never lost patience and was very kind and courteous to all of her customers. Including those asking asinine questions... regarding other Long John Silver locations across the country, all you can eat meals, side dish options, etc. I waited a good 5 to 7 minutes behind the lady asking questions, and Autumn was always very courteous and respectful. Much more than I ever could have been! Great job in hiring Autumn, Long John Silver's!
Ordered a family meal that came with 3 sides,6 hushpuppies,and 12 pieces of fish/chicken,paid around $40. Great deal to feed a family of 6 for dinner. For our three sides we chose 12 extra hushuppies,coleslaw,and fries. We paid and ordered for our food online as to not bombard the employees with a larger order on the spot. When we picked the order up we were informed they had run out of hushuppies but not to worry because there were some in there and they gave us extra fries to compensate . Get home and the 18 hushuppies ordered were actually 4 replaced with a small handful of extra fries. Tried calling the store several times with no answer. Poor customer service when long John silvers had my phone number and could 've easily called to ask what we would 've preferred done. A petty amount of fries over 14 hushuppies would definitely not have been it. What was a good value for the money easily changed to a horrible value with no leftovers and one $40 meal. We 'll go back because their food is usually good and their drive through times are timely however will never do this location the solid of pre ordering again. 3 stars because this is my first bad experience with this location however enough of an inconvenience to lack trust in their customer service for regards to any orders in the future.
The corn was fire, the green beans were good, the clams were crunchy, the fish was crispy, the hush puppies were ok, and the shrimp was amazing.
Had a MAD gate for long john silver’s. visited this facility and eating was terrible. it tasted like left remnants from the refrigerator that had hardly been warmed up. the quality of this restaurant brand has really gone downhill. I can see why most of them are closed. I gave two stars because the dame was so nice and personal on the desk, so it wasn't a total loss. at least I met a new person with a great personality.
This location is one of the few that lie in the metro. I've been there a few times about the years. the service is on the hill and they will screw up their order. eating is okay, but quality is gone. I cannot speak for other places, but this is old, worn and needs a complete redesign/refresh. long john’s silvers itself is gone and allows place like this a coast along. captain. ds is a little better and has better service. parking: much because not enough people come. drive thru is strange and takes a good space.
