Mcdonald's - Independence

The restaurant didn’t have a lock option, so I had to climb through the window to get to my car. I understand it was late and safety is important, but they could easily have a bell at one of the doors for walk-ins, or at least a better way to order through the window. They hardly ever use both windows anyway! I just think they should improve their walk-up ordering process, especially since this is a busy area with a lot of foot traffic.

During my visit, I ordered food and drinks, but the young African American women with long, embellished nails never returned my card to me. I intended to pick it up the next day since I was in a hurry. However, today when I checked my bank account, I noticed over $300 missing, which they had taken for themselves. I will be calling to address this issue.

"The loudspeaker system seems to be a secondary priority, but when they mention mobile ordering, it takes precedence. The water button needs to be fixed. The lobby is clean, and the recipes are excellent. The service staff is friendly, but the service is quite slow. My order was mistakenly given to someone else, and although I wasn’t compensated, I didn’t have the energy to pursue it since I had already been waiting for 20 minutes. As for parking, there are some issues with the entrance that need attention."

Eating is a 4 start must be if u never order here. service is 4 start not really take that long, unless there is either rush hour or weekend in the night always pack fast. I give 1 start as an atmosphere, because I never really go in and eat.

Was fast and food was very fresh and hot. Best McDonalds experience in a long time as I travel all over for work so I’ve been to lots of them.
