Minsky's Pizza - Independence

From 2019, Minsky's partner with Joe's KC BBQ offers a pizza for a few weeks. We recently had a big delivery and loved her again. It has slowly smoked Brisket and Burnt Ends, and delicately pulled pork with Joe?s Kansas City Bar-B-Que Sauce and Mozzarella cheese. We had the original crust, but also like the thin crust. Although we delivered this pizza, Minskys is also a great place to eat.

We haven't been in the place of Minsky. We stopped on Sunday night. Very clean and organized business. The staff was nice and very helpful. We had the Burnt end and Brisket Pizza. That's the best BBQ pizza we had. We'll be here more often.

Especially Minskys on 51 and Main is our family favorite place to eat pizza. I came to lunch on 291 and was very disappointed. We order two pizzas and when I say it was burned, I mean, I published the pictures in the gallery. Now I understand a mishap or whatever, but that was just the whole way out of the line. I'm angry because it's like the person who put these pizzas in the window, and said eating order what he tried to eat us. Like I'm so upset that the person just said they'd take it anyway. You need to look at the pictures you just need. I'm sorry I just can't stand it right now.

In any case, not the best location we are? We ordered loaded frits and they were burned hardly had cheese, no bacon, the jalapeños were dry

Wow! Visited Minsky's for the first time. The Pizza is amazing!!!! We ate there passing through the KC area for a Royals game, we will for sure be returning. I wish there was a Minsky's near my home! We had a house salad, the ranch dressing is great! We had the Jumbo Combo Pizza but substituted Canadian Bacon instead of hamburger. Sooooo good! I havent stopped thinking about Minsky's Pizza for 3 days! Great service, clean restaurant and clean bathrooms. I highly recommend and will return for sure!!!
