A lady named Staci stepped in to help me after another employee refused to correct her mistake. Staci noticed that I was having a rough day and reassured me that the service I had received was unacceptable. She took the time to resolve the issue, and by the time I left, I felt a bit happier than when I arrived. Thank you, Staci, for taking responsibility and going above and beyond to correct the problem. Your outstanding service is exactly what the world needs more of!
If you're a fan of sour candy, you absolutely have to try the Sour Patch Kid Watermelon Slushie Float. It's genuinely delicious! I even ordered an extra cup of vanilla ice cream because, why not? It's a great treat!
Delicious food and fantastic staff! Be sure to come by and pay us a visit, and don't forget to tip the carhops!
We visited the drive-in on Saturday morning at 9:40 and placed our order, choosing to pay with cash. The screen showed that our order was ready and would be delivered to us. After waiting until 10:05 without receiving our food, we decided to leave. This isn’t a complaint, as I understand the restaurant might be facing staffing challenges. I would recommend that they consider hiring more staff to assist their overwhelmed team. Nonetheless, I would still return, as Sonic is one of my favorite fast food spots!
