Thai Spice - Independence

I stopped here to eat lunch. Great service and only took about 10 minutes or so to get my food. The lunches are a perfect size and good value, under $10 for a entree and appetizer. The Craab Rangoon appetizer was delicious! I had the Thai herbs with chicken and it was very good, a bit sharp, but not too hot. I will definitely try other dishes again.

This was my favorite Thai place but let me tell you about the terrible dry meat and muddy noodles that are overpriced and are clearly not fresh. I have Pad Thai Combo Medium. The meat was completely dry and rubber. Like vinegar. If my friend hadn't gone to get it and pay for it, I would call her and ask her what happened to her quality and her standards. And the price increases are exaggerated. I'm just very sad and disappointed. If I did, I wouldn't serve anyone. Two minutes to chew the chicken. Almost crocheted from dryness.

Absolutely delicious food! Everything was spot on! I loved the spring rolls and mixed vegetables with tofu. Thank you for the wonderful meal. While traveling on I-70 from Kansas, I was thrilled to discover this place!

You have individual hotness for most dishes. Food was always excellent except when I tried to be a tough guy and my sesame chicken Thai hot... Wow I don't know if my taste buds were burned or it was just too hot to taste the food, but it was barely edible. My own fault, but fun to try!

Incredible! My boyfriend and I are truly disappointed that we don’t live nearby because this restaurant was exceptional! The interior decor was beautifully designed, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced! It’s definitely a place you should visit!
