Wendy's - Independence

As for child-friendliness, they were very accommodating when our kids wanted to interact with their children. The kids were thrilled to use the soda machines and create their own flavors! They also loved the friendship bands that came with their meals!

I visited Wendy's after a long 12-hour shift around 6 PM. I tried to sit down to eat, but the doors were locked. I was the fourth car in the drive-thru line and didn’t manage to place my order until about 6:20 PM. I finally reached the window around 7 PM to pick up my order. Unfortunately, my burger was cold, and the fries were only half warm. You'd expect that after waiting for an hour in the drive-thru, everything would be at least warm or hot. Disappointing experience overall.

I am really fed up with this place. The drive-thru takes forever because they take one order at a time, and even then, my order is almost never completely correct. I always have to ask for corrections. This time, they told me I had to come inside and couldn’t use the drive-thru. I didn’t even get what I ordered and everything was the wrong size. They claimed they were out of items, and I could dispute it through the app. They wouldn’t give me a refund either, even though I didn’t receive anything from my order. Save your time and money—this place is just frustrating. By the end of my experience, I’m so annoyed that I don’t even want to eat anymore.

I don't have to look in the bag to make sure I have my order. I didn't do it today and I'm pretty upset. I ordered big pommes and the karton was maybe a third full. I asked and paid for 2 cookies, and they didn't make it in the bag. If I didn't order for a disabled friend, I wouldn't be so upset, but I am. I don't have the time to turn around and correct their mistake. irritating!

I don't eat and is allergic to pork, and you keep putting bacon on my sandwiches, and when I say something you get smart with an attitude. That's why i call this place Indepriviledge MO. These people are never wrong and treat black folks bad!
