Grammas Pizza Withamsville

Of all the Grammas pizzas, this one has the best food!

At there pizza and got sick, person sounded like they laughed when I called to complain.

Ordered 2 hoagies and asked the cashier to clean their hands. Now me and my parents are both sick.

Disappointing Experience On July 7th, 2024, we ordered a Deluxe Pizza without green peppers from Grammas Pizza place where we place a carry order twice a week. To our disappointment, the pizza was predominantly covered with cheese and mushrooms, with hardly any sausage or pepperoni. When we brought this to the attention of a young team member with blonde hair and a hat, he refused to remake the pizza. He mentioned they were out of bacon and shockingly expressed indifference about potentially losing our business. Adding to our dismay, the team member ran his finger through one of the squares to check for toppings, a gesture we found unprofessional and unsanitary. One bad experience like this can indeed influence word-of-mouth reputation, and businesses can start to lose customers. We hope the management takes note of this incident and ensures better service in the future.

I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak and Fries for delivery. The sandwich was awesome and the fries were crispy.
