Jimmy Guana's - INDIAN ROCKS BEACH

I absolutely loved this spot! It's a wonderful hidden gem. We had a fantastic time and met some amazing people. Our waitress, Heather, was exceptional! We'll definitely be returning. Thank you all for a lovely Sunday afternoon.

It started off well. There was live music, and I chose to sit outside at the patio bar for a few drinks and an appetizer before moving inside. The inside was quite busy, with a lot of vacationers ready to enjoy their evening—and unfortunately, so was the bartender. I noticed her taking several shots along with almost everyone else at the bar. As the night progressed, she became increasingly loud, starting to curse at another customer who was equally intoxicated. Concerned by the situation and observing the reactions of other customers and staff, I felt the need to speak to the outside bartender as she left. She went inside and calmly tried to address the issue with the intoxicated bartender, mentioning that she was slurring her words and clearly had been drinking. The bartender immediately denied it and raised her voice again. Later, managers came out and watched the situation for a while before going back inside. One manager, who had dark hair—I'm pretty sure her name was Cara or Tara—returned inside and handed the intoxicated bartender a bottle to prepare another round of shots for herself and the bar. I realized that this manager had also been taking shots with her earlier in the evening, which explained how the bartender had become so drunk that she could barely stand. It was disappointing to see such poor management. After nearly two hours of observing this chaos, the other bartender and a blonde manager—whose name I didn’t catch—finally stepped in and removed the intoxicated bartender, finishing out the night without further incident. I truly love this place, as it feels like my home away from home. I'm just hoping my next visit won't mirror this unfortunate experience.

Stella and Vinny provided excellent service, and the food was fantastic. The band, Espree Dekor, added a wonderful touch to the atmosphere.

Cute place and the inside bar is open late. Several good draft options and a full service bar. We did not eat, so I can't review their food.
