Contribuisci feedbackI particularly enjoyed the convenience of being able to call for valet service from our room; the team did an excellent job handling our car and were very polite. The pool area had a great vibe, and the towel service was a nice touch. Both bars offered fantastic drinks, and we were really impressed with the food at the lobby bar. We tried the hot wings and shrimp ceviche, and both dishes exceeded our expectations in taste. Overall, we appreciated everyone we interacted with; their kindness greatly enhanced our experience. We can’t wait to return!
I spoke with the hotel manager, Daisy Cano, to address my concerns about why I paid more yet received a smaller room. She seemed to deflect my questions and suggested that if I wanted a larger suite, I would need to pay significantly more, implying that my suite's price wasn't high enough for a bigger room. This was incredibly frustrating and reflected poor customer service. As a former Platinum member, I am now at the Gold Elite level for Marriott Bonvoy, and I didn't receive any acknowledgment or benefits during my stay. Is this hotel still part of the Marriott group? It felt like there was no special treatment for Marriott Bonvoy members, no dedicated line or check-in desk for us at the lobby. As a loyal customer, it was disheartening to be treated like a stranger. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and feel scammed by this hotel. I won’t be returning.
This resort was an absolute blast! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The resort itself was massive, and the pool was definitely the highlight—it was so refreshing and just what we needed to escape the desert heat. My 4-year-old had an amazing time at the pool; we went every single day during our stay. The poolside bar offered fantastic drinks and food, and the pool was impressively clean and spacious. There were also plenty of beautiful spots to sit back and relax. The Cava breakfast buffet was delicious—it’s a must-try!
My room was not so clean. I was kind of disappointed at how dirty the room was considering the amount I paid for it. The night stand had crumbs on it. The coffee table had some kind of smears on it. Inside/under the sofa bed there was a syringe. The bathroom and bed was clean. Everything else was meh.
We loved this hotel! Beautiful! The pool is amazing. My daughter loved the waterfall! The desert views provide an oasis of relaxation. The outdoor bar at the pool was a welcome relief from the 108 F heat! We will return on our next trip to the Palm Springs area!
