Pizza Hut - Indiana

The pizzas and breadsticks were exceptional. The gentleman who delivered them was very kind; he greeted me with a smile and wished me a good day. I find such considerate behavior from those working in customer service to be quite rare nowadays.

The service was quick, but during my one visit to pick up a mobile order, they closed 20 minutes early. I waited in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes before someone finally came to the window. I decided to leave when I noticed someone else was there, and I tried calling, but there was no answer.

I enjoyed a honey BBQ chicken sandwich with Cajun fries, and it was delicious. The service was excellent as well.

The manager there is very good. Of course, the pizzas and sandwiches are also good.

Ordered easily online for a large order at work early in morning to be delivered at 12:15 p.m. Friday. No issues at all with the ordering. Driver was he a bit early at 12:05 p.m., but no big deal. She was courteous and the order was perfect. Everything remained hot and tasted good. Everyone was pleased. Great job!
