Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Indiana

Ordered a 3 piece dark meat meal with fries and an apple pie. Ended up with 2 dark meat and 1 white meat, barely any fries, and a strawberry cream pie. I have never had a worse experience in any fast food place in my life. It?s sad to see a business that just opened, fail so miserably. By far the worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to.

Probably the best fast food chicken, but they mess something up with every order. I've only went twice since they've opened, but from other people and my own experiences here, they just can't seem to get the orders right. I understand they're new and extra busy from being so, but Popeyes is a fast food joint with one job. Take orders, make them right, and give them to the paying customers. Chicken was good, but the wait was long and they were not even that busy. We got the 8 piece family meal which contained: 1 breast, 3 thighs, 2 legs, and 2 wings with 4 biscuits and one side of Mac and cheese. No drinks and the total was $23.52. Other than the chicken, everything else was so so. Pretty pricey for fast food chicken. I probably will not be back.

I?ve been to other Popeyes and the food was really good. This was my first experience in Indiana. The two chicken sandwiches we received were drenched in oil and the buns were old. Had to throw them away. They definitely have a training issue.

I?ve been here a number of times since they opened, I feel like everyone has a great positive attitude and yes they are learning and things can be forgotten they are all new and learning to work together. Good things take time and you can see these people are really willing to learn and do their best. It?s fast food it will never be perfect. I enjoy it every time!
