Contribuisci feedbackDecent visit overall. We stood at the front door for about 15 minutes before being sat. Took about another 15 minutes to see the server and get drinks. There were only two servers so it also took a bit to get our order in and a chef in front of us tocook. Our chef was awesome, food was great. Our server was friendly and we ended up having a good visit once it got going. Thecarpet is sticky and needs cleaning. The wall paper is greasy and pealing off the walls. The fixtures around the hibachiincluding the speakers, lights, and air vents were also very greasy. For this price point the restaurant needs to be cleanedand updated. No manager present
Food was good. Service was fast. Our cheif was really nice and a good cook. Had alot of fun do recommend a visit.
I have made reservations as I always do for the 3x I did not come for approx. 45 minutes to sit. then we get our suppe not up to 30 minutes in I had to ask for our salads (which I asked while the food was now prepared; as I suspect they would have done it vs. I have to ask), then we waited another 35/45 minutes to come to our chef. of course, my reservation at 3:30 o'clock we didn't leave until about 7. I love their food, but the structural time is terrible!
When the first table sat for the night, I was incredibly surprised that the restaurant was not cleaned yet. the flowing floors in the entrance and bath area had our shoes stuck with each step on them. the carpet dining room was not washed and rice/food was obviously many places. there was a coworker who pushed the floors around us while we had ordered. the cooktop before us still had about crumbs of food and rice from the night before, even when the dinner began, our server was fantastic. jose was very attentive to the table and kept water and drinks coming up. the suppe and the salate were both good. I must suspect that our chef was still a little new in this restaurant. their knife skills and typical showmanship at the table were not present. there was only the wobble volcano and the heart-shaped fried rice that made my son ask when she tipped the garnel tail in her hat. it just never happened. the steak was perfectly boiled, but the children ordered huh and it was hard and dried because sitting on the cooktop too long. the atmosphere was as you would expect a few screaming children and the rest a energetic crowd. I am sure that the and many restaurants still recover from covid, but there is no excuse for the facility that is not immaculate for the first table around 1730 clock.
