Buca Di Beppo Castleton Square

We have often eaten a buca di beppo, but the service we received this time was terrible. we celebrated a birthday, so it was a special occasion. we also had a reservation. we sat right away. it took 15 minutes until our waiter arrived. he took our drinks, appetizers, salads and foods and we did not see him again until our appetizers, salad and eat all at the same time 30-40 minutes later arrived. he didn't bring our drinks yet. he had to get them after he brought our food. then we didn't see him again until he brought ours. he did not offer us any refills. we had helped to take some containers that were stacked on the table near. he never recognized the birthday party, although it was mentioned when we made the reservation. he was very separated and distracted as he was only 3 times on our table. the customer service was missing. I noticed that the waiter who helped us beside the table seemed wonderful. he was busy, but seemed attentive to the tables he served. I heard he was pretending to be tj. I would recommend tj based on what I saw. I would never recommend our waiter. the service of our waiter never makes me want back!

The restaurant was not occupied for full capacities. the bar delicate, which was super sweet, had to wait for us. eating was good, but taken forever

Had 2 servers and many parties. Getting the server to the table was almost impossible!

Dinner was very good until there was a scuffle between servers, kitchen crew and managers at end of our dinner.

We arrived at our reservation time and ended up waiting 35 minutes for our table. What’s the point of a reservation? To avoid waiting! We will not visit that location again.
