Buffalo Wild Wings - Indianapolis

Buffalo Wild Wings is a great spot for families and sports fans alike. Whether you're looking to catch a game, enjoy some drinks, or indulge in chicken, burgers, or other finger foods, this is the place to be. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly. Our waiter could use some improvement in customer service, as we felt a bit neglected, but we still left a tip as a gesture of goodwill.

I placed my order at 8:54 for a 9:20 pickup time, but my food did not arrive until 9:35. Despite there being only one other table seated in the restaurant, the service was slow. The staff seemed to be having a good time in the back, which is nice to see, but it resulted in subpar quality of my meal. The fries I ordered were only half-filled, and the 10 boneless wings I ordered were small in size and lacking in quantity. Additionally, they forgot to include all the carrots I requested and completely missed giving me any blue cheese and celery. In comparison to other Buffalo Wild Wings locations I have visited, the food and service at this particular one did not meet my expectations.

We were left waiting at the front of the restaurant for 5-10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff while they were milling about. The bench was dirty, and my son ended up sitting in gum, which I tried to clean up but it still got on my vehicle's interior. Once we were finally seated, we waited another 5-10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. By that point, we had already been there for nearly 20 minutes in a restaurant that was almost empty. The kitchen staff were lounging at nearby tables, watching TV or on their phones, instead of attending to guests. It was 6:30pm on a Sunday, and there were only about 10 tables with people at them in the entire restaurant. I hesitated to write this review because I don't like spreading negativity, especially since I have experience waiting tables at three different restaurants in the past. This type of service would have never been tolerated at any of them, not even at the most budget-friendly place where a meal cost less than $9.

A week ago I came here and the waitress took care of me the best she could. I ordered the cauliflower wings and they were nasty so soggy and mushy I ate one and asked for some else. The manager told my waitress to tell me since I ate one wing I had to pay for it she helped me remove the wings. I ordered a burger next it was dry and salty I didn 't complain on this one just paid and left

I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings earlier tonight for an event that an Indianapolis radio station was having. The radio show was great but I do have several issues with this restaurant.Our server's name was Skyler. We sat at our table for a good 10-15 minutes before we were even given menus at our table. I specially ordered bacon on my cheeseburger but it came out with no bacon on it (photos below). All of the servers were very attentive to their guests besides Skyler. Skyler was missing in action for basically our entire hour or so at our table. We never received our bill at our table. I had to go up to the main checkout area and get a random employee to track down Skyler to check me out.The men's restrooms were in poor shape. The trash was overflowing and the urinals were dirty. The floor was sticky too. My wife said that the women's restroom was in wretched condition. My wife said that one of the women's stalls had no toilet paper at all. My wife said another stall had a partial roll of toilet paper just randomly placed on top of the toilet paper holder and not inside the holder itself. How lazy can employees be? That is so unsanitary. The restaurant probably had only no more than 30 patrons in the entire building during our visit. The booth I sat in was very wobbly, it would pop up significantly from one end when I tried to get out of the booth.The general manager named Darrell was very polite to us when we left.
