Burger King - Indianapolis

I missed the bus earlier as my phone was going dead and it was freezing outside and getting dark and the BK employees were super cool and let me wait the 40 minutes inside with my phone charging until the next bus finally came. Yes; I was reading the bus schedule wrong. Really appreciated!!

The dining room was clean, which is expected given the low volume of customers. I placed my order through the app, and it took about 10 minutes to receive my cheeseburger, fries, and drink. It was an average experience overall.

Overall, I have a positive impression of this restaurant. The food is consistently served hot, and they usually get my order right. As someone who uses DoorDash, I've noticed that their service is quite fast—even when there are three or four cars in line, you don't have to wait long. Great job, keep up the good work!

I'm not sure about everyone else, but I received excellent service during my visit. I want to express my gratitude to the person who took my order; I truly appreciate the hard work that goes into fast food service, which is never easy. Despite the long line, I was well taken care of, and I'm very thankful for that.
