You know Chicago Pizza I didn't eat there in about 15 years, I went to this place and my first experience was pretty good. But the review I write is on my second experience. I went to the election day after I voted for lunch with my older mother and my wife. We arrived at 1:45 and hoped to get the pizza bar for lunch. When I went and I noticed no less than 12 pizzas on the pizza bar course with pieces that obviously lack and a complete dessert pizza. We quickly decided we had the salad bar on the pizza bar. A small heavy young lady came out who was not very professional and certainly did not have the waitership over her. I informed her order that she quickly informed me that the pizza bar had closed at 1:30. There were fewer than two couples in the restaurant and I asked them that they will do the rest of this pizza, then she says it was more than 40 minutes, she will throw away. I offered to buy what was up there when they put it in pizza boxes I only put it with me for the cost of salad bar for each of us. She also informed me or salad bar was open, but had no salad just spinach, because the salad deficiency. She also told me she couldn't sell the pizza there, nor could she let us pay to go on and finish what was up there. They had a policy they had to throw away. She offered to get a pizza for us, but it took about 30 minutes and I was not overly interested in waiting long. That was really a terrible visit. I took the liberty and talked to the owner to let him know what he was fantastic, and he assured me that one of his greatest goals would ensure that they had fresh pizza and never pizza that was not paleable. I will say one thing that met me about both visits, he is an owner that staff enough people to run a restaurant, I don't know how often someone in a restaurant with me we are shorthanded that just says that the manager is not able to run the business that you close the dining room. This guy isn't the way he's doing a very good business, and he employees very well with enough people to fulfill the job. If you see that they are always busy, the place is clean, it really makes a difference. He was very attentive to my feedback when I told him about what happened and wanted to have a word with waitress. Here too, the rush hour is a bit hectic, but the buffet is very good. I'll say I'm ready to go back and try it in the future.

The lunch buffet was well equipped with a variety of pizzas. The salad bar was fresh. Nothing very special about the aromas, but everything was fresh and well tasted.
