I have been here 4 different times. The first time I waited in line and had a few questions but the just looked at me, shook their head and walked away. I’m assuming they didn’t speak English so I left after being ignored for awhile. The next time I order online I ordered a caramelo taco but have no idea what I received, there was no avocado on it and I ordered an escamocha, I asked for no coconut. When he handed it to me I asked if he left the coconut out. He said no and shrugged his shoulder and handed it to me. Thank goodness I’m not allergic to it. The next time I ordered a macedonia. I gave them the 20 min to prepare it then drove over. I waited in line and finally told them l placed an order. They just kept saying ok and pointing to the receipt (showing they got it) and they were yelling for another person. After 10 minutes (30 min after ordering) no one even started to make it. I finally called someone over and asked for a refund and explained about my previous orders being wrong. They said “sorry busy” but never gave me my back. End of story is that it took just over 40 min to get a dessert/drink.Summary: service absolutely SUCKS, I’ve only spoke to one person who seems to speak English. They don’t care if the order is wrong, you get what they give you. They are rude etc. BUT, the food is good. If you don’t mind getting the wrong thing and having them add something you don’t like they are the place to go.
It’s crazy I loved this place but yesterday I forgot to post I opened my burrito cause didn’t won’t the shell couldn’t believe my eyes first I thought it was a string of cheese so I pulled it out an realize it was a white skinny worm couldn’t believe my eyes I will not be ordering there anymoreUber eats refunded me an if it wasn’t a worm what was it a parasite I took picture so I don’t know why it wasn’t documentedI sent time date an picture proof to your email you left on response
They messed up my order and then made me pay for an order that I did not order. I had to paid $60 of food that I didn’t order because they messed up my order. After waiting my food was soggy. We did not even eat it because of how soggy it was. Poor communication and bad service.Food: 2/5
Extremely rude cashier/worker there. Did not listen to my order after I repeated it to her, told me they couldn’t add an ingredient I’ve requested Everytime I’ve been there, had an attitude and couldn’t stop rolling her eyes as I made my order. When I received it, you guessed it, it was wrong and when I explained this to her all she could say was that she didn’t hear me and that the kitchen was closed. Again, nasty attitude and it took everything in me not to give it back to her.En vez de responderme con sus párrafos largos por aquí, deberían de dedicar tiempo de enseñarles a sus trabajadores de servicio al cliente y como mantener un restaurante limpio y organizado ya que da hasta grima sentarse ahí. Lost 4 customers that day.
