Hot Box Pizza - Indianapolis

I ordered a XL pizza and small cheese bread at 6:40pm with a 7:20pm delivery time. at 8:30pm we receive a very cold large pizza, not the extra large ordered and very cold cheese bread without the 2 dipping sauces I paid for. the delivery driver was very rude stating F you I'm just the delivery driver it's not my fault it's cold before leaving and of course I had already prepaid for additional 18% tip on top of delivery fees. The location was notified of the cold items and we were told they had been very busy as they received an order for 200 pizzas???? requested my order be remade and delivered at the very least warm.. This location needs some management... very unhappy

Better options for the price and won't make this mistake twice. Staying at Drury and the staff all recommended Hot Box. Ordered and quoted 45 mins. and told wait in lobby. The pizza wasn't deliver until almost one hour and thirty mins later. Delivery guy was on something. It was so apparent, my 13 year old commented about the delivery guy. The pizza was cold, the bread sticks were rock hard and the pop order was messed up. Don't bother, ilthe food was not worth the price or wait.

I'm only giving it to you to the location downtown on Georgia Street The GM has lost his mind I work there for a year and was let go like a piece of trash underpaid and unappreciated The store is very very dirty and the GM is lazy

Since Pizza Express in Bloomington, I've always been a huge fan of the breadsticks. I used to not be a huge fan of their pizza (just my preference I like thin crust and it was more hand tossed . I was craving their breadsticks and wanted a pizza to go with it, so looked at their menu. To my surprise, I noticed they had thin crust! I believe I ordered Porky the Pie and added banana peppers. (It had a different name for pride month. It was perfect! The pizza was fantastic. I will definitely be ordering their thin crust again. I ordered through them and the delivery actually got to my place a little early and they followed delivery directions perfectly. As I'm writing this I'm craving their pizza again. Might have to be on the menu for later this week!
