Jimmy John's - Indianapolis

I'm going to the sandwich place. can't go wrong here.

The good: My pickup order was ready quickly.The bad: My pickup order was scheduled for 6:30 and my sandwich was ready at 6:00 so my sandwich sat and got soggy for 30 minutes until I was able to make my scheduled pickup time. Also the customizations appeared to have been ignored Ordered EZ mayo and the mayo was pretty heavy.What's the point of offering customizations and scheduled pickup times if they're just ignored?

Usually no issues here... But the girl at the register biting her nails and tossing it to the ground while waiting for me to retrieve my wallet changed my mind quick. The register is literally about a foot away from where the sandwich prep starts. No thanks.

This one truly is freaky fast delivery and the quality of food is always great!

As is with almost every Jimmy John's....good food, good prices and good service. We will be going back.
