Helen was incredibly kind! She made this visit my favorite experience at Noodles and Company. The customer service was excellent!

Heather, the manager, is truly the best! I had an issue with my online order and, when I arrived, it wasn't in the system. She quickly addressed my concerns and made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this location above all other Noodles locations—I’m a regular, so trust me on this!

I stopped by for a quick lunch and was pleased to find the restaurant wasn't busy, so there was no wait at all. I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad and the buffalo chicken mac. The salad was decent, although it was a bit odd without any romaine lettuce. As for the buffalo chicken mac, it could use some improvement. The pasta was cooked well, but there was very little Mornay sauce, just a small amount of shredded cheese on top. If you prefer your pasta plain, this might be a good option for you. My other concern is that the prices listed on the menu were inaccurate. Both items I ordered were charged at $1 more than what was on the menu. I understand that prices are going up these days, but it's important to be upfront about it. Honesty goes a long way.

The staff member looked at the dog but continued to take my order without any issues. Once we were seated, I was treated with the respect that I rarely experience when dining with a service dog.
