Portillo’s Indianapolis-in

Everyone that brags about the food is spot on! We ordered their Chicago style hot dog which was fantastic along with their Italian bee and onion rings. The Italian beef was incredible. Highly recommend ordering. We also tried their milk shakes. We ordered their strawberry which was amazing as well along with the chocolate shake. I do however wish the staff were more accommodating and welcoming. This being our first time the staff seemed very displeased having to work and taking our order. The staff that handle the food after it is made didn't seem to know what to do with the orders.We will definitely come back if in the area, hopefully the staff will be happier to work in such a cool place.Parking: Plenty of parking and easy to get back on the road.

Out of town from Cincinnati so we came here excited to try based on the reviews. The beef in the big beef sandwich was extremely dry, to the brink of crumbling in your mouth. Even after we drenched it in our side of cheese sauce (extra it was still pretty bad 3/10. I got the chicago dog combo, dogs were pretty good, not the freshest bun, but everything else was good 7/10. Onion rings came with my meal which were very good covered in a panko breading 8/10. Our kid got a single deluxe cheeseburger meal, which was meh, and average at best (5/10 . With fries a drink his meal came to 13 since they have no other options for kids meals just the same options as every adult, which isn't really cool. And finally the iced tea comes unsweet which was also disappointing. As far the atmosphere it is somewhat cool inside and the customer service was good, even though they forgot my onion rings the first time around, but whatever, that happens. Overall this place is overpriced and not that great. Total cost for 2 adults and a child was 45.03 with tax. Save yourself some money and go somewhere better.

My favorite restaurant I just love eating here.the pictures I put on here is on all the walls in the restaurant next time I go I will take pics of my food .Kid-friendliness: I always see a lot of kids in there and the staff is so sweet to them as wellWheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room for a wheelchair to move around I know cause my boyfriend is in a wheelchair and we eat here alot.....

I went to portillos with my husband last month and it was outstanding! I love all the decore and the food is fantastic. My favorite is the big beef. Dont forget to order a chocolate cake shake! Yummm!!

The food was great top-notch wonderful. I dined in and ordered a hot dog and an Arnold Palmer. There were 12 people in front of me and I had to wait till everyone of them had been served before they would just give me my hot dog and my drink. I wish someone would just think!! My food doesn't need to sit over at the fry counter if it doesn't need fries. Serve your customers.
