Punch Burger - Indianapolis

What happened? This used to be my favorite burger spot in Indy! For the past year, I’ve been visiting every couple of weeks, but last week I made the hour-long drive downtown only to find it inexplicably closed. The hours were still posted, and there was even an "OPEN" sign in the window. They had an amazing menu, decent service, and delicious food—but have they really just disappeared without a word, leaving no explanation on the window or updates on their website?

I attempted to visit this restaurant at 3:30 PM on a Wednesday, but the doors were locked and closed, even though both Google and Punch Burger's website indicated they were open. There was an 'available' sign in the window, suggesting that the location might be for sale.

Our hotel recommended this spot as it was right around the corner. We had a Burnt Cheese and Hot Mess burger and would order both again! Everything was made to order fresh and the staff were all super friendly. Cheap beer and great food, what else couldyou ask for.

I had a good experience at this restaurant, and I think it's worth a visit. I was the only customer there around 1:30 in the afternoon, but the staff was quick to take my order and prepare my meal. The ground beef was cooked perfectly. It's definitely on the pricier side compared to other options, but I believe they focus on providing a higher quality product overall, so I think it's worth the cost. If I were in the area again, I would definitely go back.

We were staying downtown and wanted lunch. Came across Punch Burger and we are glad we came in and ordered lunch. They have plenty of unique burgers to choose from or you can create your own creation. The burgers were very tasty and good sized. Weordered the Thai Burger and Burnt Cheese burger. The food was hot and fresh when served and really not greasy like other places.We shared a side order of waffle fries. Sounds crazy but the waffle fries were cooked to perfection (crunchy on the outside andsoft when bitten). If in the downtown area stop by for a good meal!!
