Contribuisci feedbackI was disappointed to learn that sides were no longer available for purchase in person at this restaurant. When I asked the shift manager about this, they seemed perplexed and gave me a strange look. It seems as though they may be trying to steer customers towards ordering online to save time. This policy does not make sense to me and overall, I was not happy with the experience.
I placed an online order and was disappointed to find that my salad was missing extra lettuce, cheese, and the supposed tortilla strips looked like broken chips. I tried to contact customer service but received an error message saying my message was too large to send. This was my first time trying Qdoba and I was not impressed. However, on 7/26/22, I received a replacement salad. It was amazing and I give Qdoba 5 stars.
The food at this restaurant was decent, but the service was extremely slow. I ordered a family takeout meal that was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes. When I arrived at the pickup time, I discovered that they had not even started preparing the meal. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for the food. While the food was fine and the woman who assisted me was nice, the long wait time was disappointing.
No greeting upon entering nor when we got to the counter. 1 employee in lobby with her family/ friends, still no acknowledgement. 3 additional females at the counter just staring at us as if they had no voice. 1 says to the other that therewas no more chicken, so she goes to check. I ask if there was any more fajita veggies. She took a container of raw veggies fromfridge and gave them to the cook. Came back to us and stated that before we placed our order, there is no chicken (no mention ofthe veggies). I greeted her with a hello. Still nothing. At that point we left without ordering.
I ordered food to be delivered via the app and my order was canceled so I contacted the store and was told that the Doordash driver had canceled my order by the manager and reach out to Doordash. After 15 minutes with Doordash, which actually the bestcustomer experience I've had and calmed me down enough to not call back up to the store and speak my mind for lying, they couldsee these lazy bums had canceled the order. Doordash even filed the complaint to Qdoba on my behalf. This store is run downand have run down emplyees working there. Stay away
