Qdoba Mexican Grill - Indianapolis

Had a pickup order. Came in and wasn?t ready. Told the lady the name she said it?s coming. Line was not long three people in line and cashier printed out orders and started filling them three orders later she filled and they are just sitting there oncounter I still didn?t get mine. So now she made orders for people who isn?t there instead of mine as I been standing there. Icanceled the order 20 minutes later. If I could give a 0 I would.

Will never order from here again. Messed the first order up, did not inform me they did not have shrimp. Did not send the queso cheese the first time. Second time remaking it they still did not add the rice or fajita peppers. It looks like a bowl of runnylettuce.

Normally loves qdoba, so it was kind of hard to write. there was a child who worked today, 8/8/2022, did not know how to wrap a burrito. When I opened my infoil, all my Burrito contents fell out and I had to eat with a fork. he touched and injured my burrito for like 5 minutes and then smashed him with the tinfoil. I know it's not his fault, but who manages this location, please educate their employees and make sure they are fit for the work!

First I want to start loading. I did not eat here allowed in a year because of the unevenness of the manager. from the back with the same gloves on, dirt around the food plate etc. .. I only went today because t mobile offers a discount. I live for about 15 minutes. I ordered online then went to load to pick up the order. As soon as I arrive, I'll go to the door and it's locked. an unprofessional note was included to the door that said we accept only online order and call it online order with no number from the administration for them. I called while I was standing out, no answer to two rings I hung up, no answer. then I knock on the door and contact with a young gentleman who looked his shoulder at a woman who both continued what they did and ignored me. about 7 minutes later the man came into the door and hits someone name. I didn't say he closed the door and shuts it down, and gave me no time to tell him my name. more time passes. about 10 minutes he's coming back and bringing me a bag, locks the door. He didn't give me time to ask me where my chips were. 3 men went up, 2 of them wanted to plunge in. 1 pick up an order. they were all very upset and explained that this happened all the time. there's the management sucking and we hate loading this. it's sad because this load wasn't long in bb. either they pay more for their personal or rent them better people to lead their load.
