The food was decent—pancakes and a BLT—but I feel compelled to highlight the egregious service we experienced. Our group of five visited on a busy Sunday and was seated quickly, but our waitress, Natalie R, seemed either overwhelmed or just not up to the task. We quickly noticed that diners who arrived after us were already being served their meals. After waiting for 50 minutes, we inquired about the status of our food, only to be told that it was the cook’s fault. Natalie didn’t check into the problem or inform anyone about the delay. To add to our frustration, we dealt with dirty coffee cups and utensils, and our pancakes even had pieces missing. After an hour and a half of poor service, we left feeling dissatisfied and won't be returning.
I ordered a WOW Omelette with bacon, mushrooms, feta cheese, and avocado. The eggs were tri-folded on the plate, and all the ingredients were simply piled on top. It was tasty, but I might as well have just ordered it scrambled. I don't think the cook understood that an American omelette should have all the ingredients folded inside, with the avocado served on the side.
Came here for my wife’s first Mother’s Day for brunch. It wasn’t too busy, but it was INSANELY noisy. I had to plug my ears intermittently because the level of noise physically hurt. After a few minutes, most of the larger parties left. Around the same time, our waitress took our order. We waited 30 minutes to even see her again. During that time, my wife and I said “man, I’m hungry, I wonder when our food will get here” to each other at least twice. After waiting 30 minutes, our waitress comes to our table and tells us they don’t have any of what we ordered. THIRTY MINUTES just to be told that we had to order something else. We ended up leaving in barely enough time to make it to Happy Days a couple miles north, where it’s quieter, friendlier, cleaner, and they actually had what we ordered AND it was all cheaper.
