Starucks worst experience ever! the old lady in the drive-thru was extremely rude. she didn't even let me finish my sentence and order before she gave me my sum or told me if I had made the order. she had such a bad attitude when she took my order and once in the window.

I visit Starbucks regularly. My coffee selection and pumpkin loaf was as usual delicious.
