Subway - Indianapolis

The person taking my order did not understand English, resulting in them giving me the wrong sandwich and attempting to charge me for an item I did not order. Rather than apologizing and fixing the mistake, she argued with me and allowed me to leave without the correct sandwiches that had already been made. Save yourself the time and avoid this restaurant.

I received my order promptly and it was prepared perfectly. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Even the sandwich wrapping was neatly folded, like a gift.

I really enjoyed the tasty Subway sandwich at this location. It's a favorite of mine.

Employee made someone's sandwich with gloves, rang them up with them on, made the next person's sandwich with the same gloves, I walked out

The employees there are very rude. Ordered a kids meal and my daughter wanted bacon on her sandwich and he refused to put bacon on it saying saying no bacon on kids meal I even after telling him I would pay extra for it. Won 't be back ever.
