As soon as I was pre-ordered in the app and it was pointed out that the meat was not ready, and they would have to make me another sandwich I was completely fine with. What bothered me was how long she made the sandwich because she was too busy looking around with her other employees. Then she advised me that I shouldn't always expect food to be ready on time with the app because she also busy in-store. I ordered my food 45 minutes in advance! Last Friday I went in and had a wonderful experience. The woman was the only one in the store. She made sandwiches and ringed people. She was constantly apologizing and really did the best to keep everyone happy. I was one of the last, so I could talk to her later. She was very friendly! Honestly, I hope that they will begin to hire more people like them and weep the evil. If she was my rating would definitely be a 5.
I'm a long time subway consumer and I'm not a very picky person. This place has some good people working there, but it is undoubtedly the worst managed subway I even visited. I saw everything here. Once they served me after touching a dirty bathroom wrench without changing their gloves. They used brown paper towels once when they ran out wax paper for the oven. This caused the chemical on the paper cloth to go air, which burns the eyes and throat of the people. This is while someone had them in a stroller in the line. I also saw that fights break out. Once there were some con artist customers who throw drinks to the employees after they don't get free food. It's just a shame I didn't have my phone on me to record it...
The hired were terrible. a type complains all the time. so slow to make sandwich. had to remove his coat and dress gloves twice. I spoke to other employees about work equipment such as cleaning bathroom etc. complaining. asked what I wanted 3x. Woman adding toppings could not remember the 1-2 toppings at a time I asked to go to the refrigerator to be new. it was 1:30 a.m. on the afternoon, and it seems they had to work right now. the manager must keep in the eye what happens. sandwich fell apart because of the bad packaging and they had a kind of computer problem that the workers struggle/compile again. this place sucks.
Had to eat a cold lunch that was wrong, they called subway and they wouldn't have their fault! as if you hadn't put on it. you didn't torture it. you've screwed up the broth and the owner was rude to me. I'm stupid to know if there's something or not. will never go back. so glad that they have ruined my order for my softball manager! travel 160 e market st store is rude and has terrible service and does not know how to own their mistakes. do they look like they were on them? they were rough because they were cold as possible!
The following are my opinions based on my experiences. Never go to this Subway in a hurry. They seem to only have one speed here and it isn't fast. I also had an issue with the sandwich artist working on my sandwich where they started asking the next person in line about their sandwich. Focus for a minute and we will get through this sandwich together.
