Their gluten-free food options are quite good, but the selection for vegan choices is somewhat limited. My main concern is their restricted hours of operation. However, their pressed juices are absolutely fantastic! I just wish their prices were more reasonable.

Surprisingly few vegan options here. Some times seem like they could be made vegan fairly easily. I had the vegan B&C which is jalapeno cornbread with a bean gravy and tempeh. It was disappointing not enough jalapeño in the cornbread and and too much salt in the gravy. The sautéed veggies were drenched in oil. My daughter had the arugula field salad minus the Parmesan and left feeling hungry.

Not only is the location great for an afternoon out, but the food is simply and carefully prepared by a loving-family like staff. They don't have icons on their menu, this is true, but their ingredients are clearly stated out and they have made substitutions for me before. Great place!

The interior has a lovely decor and a fresh atmosphere. However, there are very few vegan options available, limited to the acai bowl, vegan bahn mi, and biscuits and gravy. The vegan bahn mi doesn’t quite match the traditional ingredients; it mainly consists of some vegetables in a baguette. Personally, I’m not inclined to spend money on a fruit bowl when dining out, but if that appeals to you, it’s an option. If you’re searching for a charming brunch spot, this place is pleasant, but it may not cater much to vegans. On the bright side, I would definitely recommend their refreshing local cold-pressed juices! They also offer health smoothies that they update periodically. I enjoyed a fantastic vegan bahn mi along with a juice. The service was outstanding, and there are a few outdoor tables, which allowed me to sit outside with my dog.
