Goody's Cafe - Indio

It was an ideal stop for me as I was craving an omelette. I suggest avoiding this place on Saturdays, as the church crowds can overwhelm the staff. I ended up waiting half an hour for my food.

Pastrami cheese burgers and onion rings were delicious! Cherry Coke was refreshing.

Long trip tired of junk and fast food. We decided to go to Goody’s cafe. The do have a drive through but we needed to get out of the car. Pretty large eating area with comfortable seating. Lots of menu items from sandwiches to tacos. I got the Bean and cheese burrito. It was freshly made a large! My wife got the ground beef taco and that was minus one star.

The food here has always been great. The location is always clean and the employees very friendly. If you want to come to a place where you want to get a meal worth what you pay, this is the place. The portions are huge, perfect to share. Don't be fooled by what you see on the plate, the portions are tightly packed, like the chili cheese fries and salads. If you can't decide between breakfast, lunch, or dinner--this is the place for you! If you just want something cool for these upcoming hot summer days, I highly recommend their milkshakes.

The food was very delicious. It was very busy, but that didn't slow down the staff or the head cook. One of the most organized line chefs I saw in a while.
