Kowloon Chinese - Indio

I absolutely love the food at this restaurant; it’s amazing! I highly recommend it. I’m not sure what others are talking about, but I think it’s fantastic. They may not realize it, but this is authentic Chinese cuisine. The orange chicken is actually red because it’s the real deal, unlike what you get at Panda Express. All I can say is that everything is incredibly delicious!

They do serve a vegetable soup before the main course, which is a nice touch in terms of service. However, the restaurant feels cramped and poorly decorated, featuring just Christmas lights and an abundance of chairs. The restrooms are quite far away, and the men's restroom is located next to the boilers near the back exit, making it a bit confusing to find. The restroom itself is decent, and the air conditioning works well, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate the service as five stars, the food as three stars, and the atmosphere as one star. It feels more like a home than a professional dining establishment, which isn't necessarily bad but doesn't help with the business's image. I nearly forgot to mention the little veggie tacos (I apologize for not remembering their name); they also lack flavor and could benefit from some enhancements.

This restaurant has consistently impressed us, whether we've ordered takeout or dined in. The food is excellent, and the portions are enormous. The staff is very accommodating when it comes to dietary restrictions, and the service is both quick and friendly.

The service is great always has and continues to. The food is always hot made to order, very fast service and fresh. Never had an issue! Food it's not what it used to be, ever since they changed owners, food nd taste it's not the same as before, food goes to waste fast. Before I was able to save some for next day but it goes bad right away, been going there for many years, I think its time to move on. Would definitely not go back there.
