Easily the best wonton soup I have had since I was a kid! Solid broth, lots of wontons, and heaps of veggies. The only strike against them is the bowl is almost too big? Definitely a soup that eats like a meal.
The pho at this restaurant is mediocre and overpriced. However, when you're in the area and craving pho with limited Vietnamese options, you may find yourself giving in and paying the high price. They skimp on the herbs and the bean sprouts don't seem very fresh. Overall, it was a bit disappointing. Despite the steep prices, they still attract a large crowd during lunch hours.
Located inside Indooroopilly shopping centre this is a great place to eat after shopping or before you see a movie upstairs at Event Cinemas. They do takeaway as well. Licensed too. We ate the chicken pad Thai , the wonton soup and the seafood laksa. Ready in less than 5 mins they call out your number and you go collect your meal and select condiments and grab cutlery or chopsticks. The food was tasty and full of flavour. Also available are rice paper rolls, curries, stir fries and specials. Well priced food and the only gripe would be- there was no sparkling on the menu.
Chicken pho Vietnamese to the core, great flavours with a zesty freshness not always found in food courts. The noodles and chicken were great and enjoyed all the add ins, the quail egg is a nice little addition also. Not a big fan of the tofu as it was a bit fishy, but who really has pho for the tofu? Definitely have this again.
