Louisiana Barbeque Restaurant

After living in Louisiana for a few years, you know I had to try Louisiana bbq in Joliet. Illinois. Like many places in the South, when they run out, they're out. There was no pork available and no chicken wings available (I got there at 3:30pm) so we had the brisket and turkey tips. I would try it again only to do the whole menu if I could. It was very good but there isn't any pickles or coleslaw and no muffins or cornbread which I was saddened by. It was a little bare-bones but I would give it another go. 3 stars for the atmosphere because it's really dusty and hot in there.

The ribs are so tender and it can be with sauce or without. Customer service is awesome.

Delicious food…very juicy and tender. And really down to earth and nice people. I’ll be sure to visit every time I drive through town.
