A&w - Ingersoll

They don't have root beer floats! How can you have an A&W and not offer root beer floats?! All they had were these disgusting cream freezes. No ice cream or sundaes...it's just any other fast food burger joint at that point.

I was disappointed to not receive all of the items I ordered at this restaurant. It seems like the counter staff may not have been knowledgeable. I will make sure to double check my order in the future. It's frustrating to spend money and not get what you expected. I hope they improve their service.

The ambiance is excellent, the service is amazing, and the food is great! It's been a while since I've had such a positive dining experience like this in the industry.

The chicken burger was delicious, but the onion rings weren't coated properly. There were only tiny spots of coating on each one.

Ordered a regular size milkshake.. got a small slushie instead! The female in the drive-thru said it was a sweet cream shake and when we retold our order the female rolled her eyes and was very rude! This was at 5:45 today!! Got the stink eye from this idiot!!
