Very noisy place inside. Great steaks, the prices are also very good, wait staff are helpful and if there is a problem, they make it right.

Large wings, nachos and atmosphere cold design! management and service are fantastic we had 3 fabulous dates/game evenings in the run of the pandemic and felt that the extra mile was traveled. these people have risen!

I recently dined at a restaurant in Ingersoll, Ontario. I had visited St. Thomas a few years ago and had forgotten about the quality of their food. The food in Ingersoll was okay, but the prices and extra fees were not worth it. The service was terrible, as we waited too long for our meals, the sauces were messy, and they served tea in a paper cup. We constantly had to wait for the waitress's attention, as she seemed to be in another world during our visit. I tried to address these issues in a review sent to their office via email, but it was completely ignored. Don't waste your money here. It's disappointing that even after a long closure and possible months without pay, the staff still didn't prioritize customer care. There are so many complaints about this place that it's not even worth mentioning them all. It's a waste of time and money.

Food is below average, Limited menu. Management is usually horrible, and has under agers working around alcohol, cleaning up the glasses, and they rip you off with Honest to Goodness charge. STAY AWAY FROM INGERSOLL, Ontario location. Absolutely disgraceful attitude towards paying customers! Buyer beware!!...Worker BEWARE. Because this chain charges 3% on top of bill. This will effect your tips. I would suggest finding a more ethical/moral business to work for.
