Tim Hortons - Ingersoll

Drove through the drive thru this morning and bought two breakfast sandwiches and coffee. timmies has a deal at the moment – two breakfast sandwiches for $5. a offer that is difficult to pass. when I thought how long the line was on the runner, I didn't have to. wait very long.

I went to buy a 20 pack of timbits and asked for certain kinds. I realize that it can be busy at times so a bit rushed but I felt like I was imposing on the cashier to have certain timbits. Unfortunately, not the most...welcoming feel as I usually feel in the small of of Ingersoll.

Great friendly service every time. ordered our usual breakfast options today. dark red coffee and breakfast sandwiches. coffee was hot and the sandwiches were delicious!

We enjoyed coffee with our friends at the restaurant. Our order was accurate and the server was very friendly. The atmosphere was bustling, especially when the high school students finished for the day.

This restaurant is far from the highway and not worth the trip. The staff got my order wrong, took 5 minutes to fix it, and charged me for two extra items on my credit card. My order was eventually corrected without an apology, and it was hard to find a clean table. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service.
