They can make nearly everything on the menu vegan. The staff is knowledgeable about the ingredients and incredibly helpful. The tofu isn’t just thrown in; it’s well-prepared and retains its flavor in the curry sauce. Honestly, it’s one of the best pad dishes I've ever had. They use fantastic flavors, not just noodles and a drizzle of sauce. The building may not be very attractive, but the food is absolutely delicious.
