This location is amazing. I had a slight issue with my order (nothing to bother writing about). The manager quickly rectified it. She was pleasant and accommodating. This is the type of costumer service everyone deserves. It says a lot that I am writing about their excellent customer service and not the mistake with my order. It happens. How it is handled is what matters.

When the black or white people walk in the El Pollo loco all the Mexican staff just stare and they don't greet you. Only 2 ladies make you feel okay about ordering here. The male manager is rude rude rude. He came to the front I asked a question about a combo he didn't answer all he did was point at another staff member. Get rid of him and get a new manager
