My husband and I are in Ingolstadt to go to Audi tomorrow. We’ve been in Germany for a week and we have many good German meals, but we were ready for something different. Hong Kong Bistro Le is in the center of Ingolstadt and was...More
Order takeaway from here all the time. Ready in 10 minutes and the 'gebratenen nudeln mit Hühnchen ' is delicious and consistently cooked.
Today we once again strolled through the city center and time for lunch was also. In the “ Fressmeile” of Ingolstadt, the Dollstr., there are many possibilities to return. Quite at the beginning is the small bistro, which we somehow always passed without having to consider it. Spotzl said what the coldest of chinese, we haven't been any longer. Open he has, the map reads well and above all it is not such a buffet temple. There is also a warm kitchen. After the door, there's a small step down. We haven't found a signage to the toilets, nor did we see anything else that could indicate, there are them here. Parking situation as it is in Ingolstadt. Close by if you have a lot of luck, otherwise a little further away in the paid car parks. In the summer you also have the possibility to eat in the outdoor area. Service We were kindly greeted by an Asian looking gentleman in everyday clothing and were allowed to take place where we want. The “cards” are already on the table and he also reads us enough time to look for drinks. These came quickly with a please to the table, the soups did not wait long, he wished us a good appetite, picked up the empty peels to fit and asked if it had tasted us. Up to the main dishes there was a pleasant waiting period, there was also a good appetite, the empty plates noticed and picked up with the demand whether it would have tasted. There was no intermediate demand, but we are also in a bistro. Demand for a dessert would not be in place here, because there are none. Empty glasses were immediately noticed and we ordered when asking if we still want the bill. Rasch was at the table with a handwritten note and took off. He asked again – has been fit and passed us friendly. The German language is not great powerful, but nice and friendly, 4.5 stars – it is a bistro. Food The menu is located as a flyer on the table and includes various Chinese and Thai dishes. There is also a column with vegetarian dishes. As already mentioned, there are no desserts. We had two light wheat non-alcoholic there was not) at €2.60 each, the chicken soup with glass noodle and vegetables and kung fu soup, with chicken meat and vegetables sharp both for €2.50, canton duck – crispy duck with slender. Fresh vegetables for 7,20 € and Gebr. Beef according to Kunpo art with vegetables and cashew seeds sharp for 6.80 € The soups came nicely hot at the table. At Kung Fu soup the vegetables – Zuchini, Lauch, Champignons, yellow and bamboo sprouts were cut into pieces and each variety was nicely crisp. The chicken was very tender and juicy. The broth had a great taste, a light basic sharpness and by Peperoni pieces the sharpness was still highlighted. In the other soup, the vegetables were cut into strips and there were also soy sprouts and paprika. Vegetables here also perfectly cooked and all fresh, chicken juicy and delicate. The broth had a nice taste for chickens and vegetables and was well tasted. Let's tap the chute on freeze-dried. The rice is already on the plate, was a neat portion, slightly sticky, cooked to the point and tasted. The beef is buttery and juicy, the cashew seeds are roasted again and lay on top. The vegetables consisted of paprika, yellow ointments, broccoli, bamboo sprouts, zuchini, porridge, china cabbage, mushrooms and was cut into pieces. Everything fresh and perfectly cooked. The sauce had a nice spicy and sharp, with Sambal Olek, which had neatly around, refreshed and it matched. The duck could be crushed with the tongue, so tender and juicy it was, the skin nicely crispy, slightly discreetly held by the spice. Here the vegetables were mostly cut back into strips and consisted of mushrooms, mu err mushrooms, soybean sprouts, onions, pores, yellow ointments, broccoli, Zuchini, bamboo sprouts and china cabbage. Everything was again super cooked. The sauce was nice spicy with light soy sauce taste. 4.5 stars for eating. Ambiente It is not big here, five 4-stables and two 2-stables. We were the first guests, but it was ruck zuck filled. Families, students, older men, completely mixed audience. There are dark tables and Asian looking chairs. Some Chinese decorative elements decorate the room. On the table there are in a stand the flyers and beer lids and a stand with soy sauce, Sambal Olek, salt pepper shakers and toothpicks. The cutlery was rolled in a white napkin. For a Chinese bistro we liked it well, 4 stars cleanliness In rough and all clean, here and there a little dust, 4 star toilets we did not visit, there was nowhere a white sign, a door or other. Maybe they're behind the room where they're gifted, no idea. Conclusion It is not a restaurant to go to the chic food, but a small Chienese to go to eat well and cheaply and in the middle of Ingolstadt . We like to come back.
