Doucette's Market Eatery

After a long, 5 hours drive, from Halifax to Ingonish we were not really in the mood for a sit-down proper tablet guy type dinner. We went to Doucette.

Love this place! I live in Indiana but come out to stay at the Keltic Lodge and always make sure I stop in here to get a pop, snacks, etc. I love their grab and go fresh made sandwiches too. The store is super clean you could eat off of the floor. The owners and staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. What a great experience. I wish them many years of good success.

Stopped at Doucette’s for snacks while visiting nearby Keltic Lodge. Great mix of local treats and your traditional corner store fare. Friendly staff. Delicious Indian food available as well.

I was in the Ingonish Beach area for a week staying at the Keltic Lodge so I was here a few times. This is a great place, so clean and well taken care of. Love the grab and go fresh made sandwiches they have! When I am in the area I always make sure I stop in to get something even if just a pop to drink. The owners/staff are great and really make you feel welcome.

Fresh sandwiches, bottled water, ice, the customer service absolutely turned my day around. Will definitely put this place on our map when we come through again.
