I was next door and the host recommended this restaurant. The idea of a salt pan had never tempted me. Boy, I was wrong! I had goat cheese with dried fruit and nuts. It sounds a little weird, but it was delicious. The nuts and cheese went perfectly together and the sweet fruit gave enough contrast to keep it interesting for each bite. It is also a charming place sitting on a terrace overlooking the Loire. Parfait. (Notice of origin) I was staying next door and the host recommended this restaurant. More than wonderful location with this stunning view of the Loire!! Very warm and warm welcome... When in the pancakes... A pleasure...!!! I highly recommend... Thanks again to the bosses...!
