Captain Jay's Fish Chicken - Inkster

The servers were fantastic, but I didn't find the atmosphere inside to be family-friendly. However, the fish and chicken dishes were delicious.

The wings at this restaurant are amazing, and I have a particular liking for the lemon pepper seasoning. I almost didn't find the entrance because of road construction, haha. Overall, it was a good experience.

Perhaps it was just this particular location, because I recall Captain Jay's having amazing wings in the past. However, when we ordered wings and two peach cobblers here, we were very disappointed. The wings were extremely small and overcooked, with hardly any meat on them. The peach cobbler was awful - it lacked flavor, was burnt, and made with pie crust instead of the typical cobbler topping. After taking one bite, we had to throw them out. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back to this restaurant.

Ok. So. This location has really improved. My son ordered some BBQ wing dings in a dinner and everything was fresh and tasty. The sauce was off the chain

Horrible. Was given chicken wings instead of fish for both orders. The chicken and fish was dry AF!!! If you ever say you get an order with meat you're very lucky we were choking.
