SUPER STRESS EVERY TIME with the woman at the checkout. Question: Why do you, as a well-run gas station, let someone like that work there and only respond with standard answers like SORRY? I'm now considering legal action

Attention: with 70€ refueling the use of the toilet is not included. Toilet costs 50ct extra. Bad, very bad.

You ask politely why there are fees for the toilet, even though you have filled up for a three-digit amount and you get a very cheeky and unfriendly answer from the employee. We won't fill up here anymore.

Only used the EV charging facility, late on a Saturday night for a quick top up. Clean, well lit, video surveillance, great Aral Pulse charging machine which quickly gave full 130kWh that my car can charge at. A good charging place for anyone alone who may have concerns about security as not only video but also petrol station with toilets on site.

Very unfriendly staff, why these people work with customers is beyond me.
