Mcdonald's Restaurants - Innisfail

Ordered 2 small hot chocolates. Told to park and wait 2 vehicles with food went by 6 mins later told late machine broken we will never return

Worse service ever, I had to get the attention of the employee, then we told to wait. Was dead in there. Waited 10 mins for food. Ended up eating half burger , nuggets ate 3 of 6, fries tossed as they were cold and soggy, shake was onky thing decent washrooms were gross. Infact I contacted head Corp via email as that's how disappointing this visit was. Will not return to this location

Unfortunately this is a hit and miss location. This last time was a miss. At just after 11 am your burger and bun shouldn't be stale. A hold over for last night maybe? I don't know, but it is disappointing to say the least.

I understand this is fast food but a few extra seconds to make sure things are correct would be nice.Like other families in town we have kids and they sometimes want a happy meal. So we will order a big order for everyone and maybe 1 out of 10 times you get what you actually order. I use the screens inside or a mobile order so there is no miss communication but it that doesn’t seem to work as something is always wrong or missing. And I am at home and don’t want to drive back across town to fix it.I also notice the screen inside with other locations on it. I can assume it’s to see who is pumping out orders faster. Ridiculous as it probably doesn’t help the situation.This picture is of a typical morning where you need your coffee. So I order a large and when already at work goto take a sip and the level of cup tilt is off so you open up and lucky if it was a mediums worth of coffee inside.Bottom line is this is a small town and our options are limited. Take the extra few seconds and show a slight level of pride in the town to do the job correct. I don’t want to assume but pushing buttons on a coffee machine doesn’t typically seem to difficult.
