Yummy House - Innisfil

Yummy House was recently great about taking my seafood allergy. I can't eat in the restaurant because I have a scent allergy to seafood. They went beyond and beyond to make my family safe delicious Chinese favorite food. For years. I'm so happy to have another safe place to order food. You even met me in my car so I didn't have to go to the restaurant. Always a lot of food and other remains. I am very excited and confident to continue enjoying my favorite take on everyone again. This isn't my go-to restaurant in Alcona, but the ambiance and the view are nice while waiting for my takeout food. They have a buffet, but it didn't really catch my attention with the offerings. However, the egg foo young is delicious and the food is decently tasty with a nice presentation. They also offer bubble tea, which is quite good. The service is very friendly and efficient. The parking is good as well.

The portion sizes were very small and the food was cold. The dishes were not replenished at 6:00, so we decided to pay and leave. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience at Yummy House.

My wife and I had a craving for Chinese food and decided to try a restaurant in the Alcona area. Our experience was a mix of hits and misses. The Lemon Chicken and Vegetable Chop Suey were decent dishes, each earning 3 stars in our book. However, the Deep Fried Chicken Wings were a disappointment. The box was full but upon opening it, we found that the wings were overly fried with the inedible tips still attached, making the actual amount of edible wings very minimal. The tasteless coating added to our disappointment. The prices were high compared to other similar restaurants we had visited in the past. We returned the wings but unfortunately, the restaurant refused to refund the tax portion. Overall, the meal was just okay with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Have really good dishes, chicken balls shrimp balls Vegetable lo mein. Always speedy service sometimes quicker then they estimate and always accommodating and friendly. We get take out once every other week here.
