Teppan Wok asiatisches Erlebnis - Restaurant

Food here is typical Chinese buffet type. It is a decent quality. The cooked to order fish meat dishes are excellent too. The service was also good. The prices were ok. Definitely a nice change from the usual dull German/Austrian offerings of schnitzel and...dry vegetables (never heard of gravy or sauces on meat). Any way this place is well worth a visit!

It 's an Asian buffet pretty standard like we have in the UK. It was OK, with the usual suspects lots of fried/battered/breaded starters, trays of stirfrys etc. But what was nicer was the teppanyaki side of things a bit like what we...used to call a Mongolian barbecue. You have a good selection of raw meats, fish, veg etc and you fill up a plate of raw stuff, attach a coloured clip from your pot on your table (each different coloured clip has your table number on, plus a different colour is a different sauce soy, Thai curry, terriyaki etc... You then take this plate over to the chefs and they cook it on their teppan hot plates. The thing was, it was very very busy so they had lots of peoples plates cooking at once sometimes between 20 and 30 on each teppan cooking station. So we found that they just put all the contents from our plates at once and just cooked them until the meat was properly cooked (obviously rather than adding different things from our plates at different times as you would at home so meat first, then harder veg etc.... So this meant that all the veg in the dish were really overcooked. We also found that most of the sauces were very very salty. So therefore, we found it was better to just take up a plate of veg and opt for no sauce. Or just a simple selection of fish with beansprouts etc. So they were still pretty tasty, and it was nice to be able to go somewhere that was schnitzel and potato free! Also, as they had so many little piles of food on the go at once, that some piles were going it to other people piles and they used the same tongs to move around meat dishes as the veg dishes so if you are veggie you might want to keep your eye on this as they cook. The best thing they had was a range of sushi. Some of it was really nice, but some of it, like the tuna rolls, had totally lost their colour and looked on the 'off ' side. Of course, as it 's a buffet you 've no real idea how long things have been sitting there for. So we all thought it was OK, but nothing more special than the average asian buffet you get in the UK. Plus it full of a lot of people who just wanted to pile it high, leave their tables like bomb sites, not that friendly to the staff that kind of thing. So it 's a functional type of place, not for a memorable evening meal. The staff were OK, but all seemed rushed off their feet and weren 't that friendly. Plus it came in at €75 for 2 adults, 2 kids under 10 with one beer and some soft drinks, so not a bargain. One tip, we went on a Friday and it was packed it seems that most people had booked up. We were very lucky to get a table, so I would book if I was you.

Ab und zu wenn Shopping Tag ansteht keine Lust zum kochen besuche ich dieses Lokal vor 12 Uhr späterer sind viele Gäste da und das Bueffet Selbstbedienug wird nach 13.30 nicht mehr gross aufgefüllt. Sehr schade.aber ich weiß es ja .aber sehr gut zum Essen und treffen.

Gutes Buffet und freundliche Bedienung.Alles sehr frisch, essen wird direkt am Buffet zubereitet. Viele Saucen zur Auswahl.Günstig!

Die Auswahl ist sehr groß, Gerichte sind sehr gut für ein All you can Eat Buffet. Gut für ein Treffen mit Freunden, WC und Lokal sauber, einladendes Ambiente, gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Lokal sauber, zum Weiterempfehlen
