During a visit to innsbruck we discovered this small French bistro in the market hall, and since we like the bretane, we have eaten Bretonian fish soup and delicious galette,to drink a good cidre. It was very good, also the owner who serves herself, and french is,very friendly to the guests.
The bretagne-based owners of the bistros offer wonderful, authentic foods from their home. the gallette (thin hearty filled buckwheat pancakes) are nice crispy, but also the Bretonian fish soup was very good. Here there is also the special dessert "far bretonne" a soft egg cake with plumen. the cidre is beautiful herb and good.
We've been here more often. a good gaggle of rose. a galette, once with chicken and dijonsenf, then with ham and roquefort cheese. then sardine again in lemon or tomato sauce. just fantastic. dalila and eric always pamper us from the finest. MERCI.☺
Small local in the innsbrucker market hall, sardinen, crepes (pikant/sweet), omelette, French baked goods, sausage, cheese, fish soup, a great selection of smaller dips, very good weine. and the best is - some of them you can buy in the connection right there :-))
