We expected our average chip stand as it seems that this place was a fairly new food truckboy we were wrong! Gourmet tasos and a cute shaded terrace with beautiful music. I have the kimchi tofu tacos (not knock until you try) with the kale side salad and my partner got the Barbacoa tacos and queso/chips side. From the Dallas, Texas Food scene these were Tacos were beyond amazing and mentally designed. The teas were also amazing. I wish I could eat here every day and try everything, but we just went through invermere. These guys deserve 10 stars!
What a joy Allium Food Truck is! My first taste was her refreshing lemonade, so good and not full of sugar! When I ordered the dinner, the team went out to make sure that my meal gf/coeliac was safe and very friendly and informed about food safety for those who need it. Food! I ate in the food truck for 3 nights in a row! The food is delicious, so fresh and full of taste. It is clear that quality (local ingredients, where possible are used. I had the prawn tacos (two times! with one side of the cal salad. Delicious! Last night I had the Korean pork taco with one side of the Kale salad again. Sooo good! I recommend the food and the staff that was friendly and helpful. A beautiful surprise in the valley where I am vacationing from NZ. : I'm sure I'm back!!! : nutritional restrictions: The staff was well informed and careful with delicious gluten-free food for me.

I love the Allium food truck! Amazing eats every time! There are always creative and tasty options throughout the season. You can taste the influence of Megan's worldly travels and restaurant experience abroad in her delicious food. I admire her drive to support fresh local farms and conscious eating! We are so lucky to have her talent in the valley! I highly recommend hunting down the Allium food truck in the Arrowhead Brewery parking lot!
